Christianity has been hijacked by the religious right. The religious right works in concert with the political right to dessiminate a message of war, bigotry and hate. The religious right has had enormous success with "seeker worship" that appeals to secular "unchurched Harry's" with rock music and powerpoint type presentations in worship. The religious left is almost invisible as they stay stuck in 1950's style worship. Liberal seekers are theologically liberal people promoting seeker type worship in the liberal/progressive church.
